Kev has over 20 years’ experience in the NHS, in clinical, strategic and developmental roles. He is an experienced coach and facilitator, with extensive experience facilitating leadership development programmes. Kev has been a member of The Centre for Innovation in Healthcare Management at Leeds University and is currently a Faculty member at the NHS Leadership Academy working on the Top Leaders, The Directors, and The Chief Pharmacists Programmes.
Ian has extensive experience providing leadership development programmes and coaching, prior to which he worked in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries for 20 years. Ian is a Gallup-certified strengths coach and a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and AC (Association for Coaching). Ian’s area of deep expertise is helping leaders to apply their strengths and develop and sustain their resilience. He is an NHS OD Associate, and is a trustee of Retrak, a charity helping street children across Africa
Alison has extensive experience developing the informatics workforce, she was instrumental in creating the Informatics Skills Development Network in 2011. Alison is qualified member of CIPD and has a postgraduate certificate in Action learning from Salford University through the Revans Institute.
